FAQ

Custom desk calendars questions, answered.

Everything buyers ask before they order — minimums, timings, artwork and print options.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 calendars, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. Refill card runs for existing stands carry the same minimum.

How fast will my desk calendars arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and calendars ship in about 2 weeks. Dated products have a hard deadline at the turn of the year, so tell us the date you need them in hand and we will put a real ship date in writing before you commit.

Which format should I choose?

Start with the desk, not the design. If surface is scarce, an easel borrows vertical space and takes less room than a mug. If people already write on the desk, a pad earns the space by being the writing surface. If the desk is cleared every evening, a fold-flat compact is the only format that survives.

Why do you quote a footprint instead of a page size?

Because page size tells you nothing about the space a calendar occupies standing up, and desk area is the scarcest thing in an office. A calendar that takes a lot of surface and gives back one month gets moved to a shelf by February, so we put the desk area on the quote.

Why are the numbers set larger than they look right?

Because a desk calendar is read from a seated eye at about arm’s length and a steep downward angle, which foreshortens the grid. Type that looks generous in a flat proof reads cramped on a real desk, so we set it larger and proof at the angle it will actually be seen from.

What makes an easel calendar fall over?

A back panel that was creased rather than scored. A crease relaxes within weeks, the lean angle opens, and the calendar walks forward every time a keyboard is pushed back into it. We score the fold and state the lean angle and base depth on the quote.

Are refillable stands worth it?

From year two onwards, clearly. Year one costs more than a printed calendar, year two is a fraction of it, and the object on the desk is nicer than a single-year budget usually buys. If you only need one year, buy a printed one and we will say so.

Do you make wall or pocket calendars?

No. Everything here lives on a desk — easels, pads, day blocks, three-month views, refillable stands and fold-flat compacts. We do not make wall, magnetic, poster or pocket calendars, and we would rather point you to the right supplier than sell you the wrong format.
