Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Desk calendars are dated products and are produced against a stated calendar year; orders placed close to the turn of the year are quoted against a written ship date and customers are advised in writing where an approval date will not permit delivery before the start of the dated period. Footprint figures stated on quotations describe the horizontal desk area occupied by the product in its open and assembled configuration and are given in place of, not in addition to, printed sheet dimensions, both being available on request. Standing easel products are supplied with a mechanically scored rather than merely creased back panel and with the lean angle and base depth stated on the quotation; these figures describe the product as supplied and no representation is made as to stability on inclined, uneven or unusually low-friction surfaces. Desk pad products are specified with a stock weight selected to resist show-through and indentation from normal ballpoint and rollerball use, this being stated on the quotation. Tear-off block products are supplied with a padding adhesive of a stated grade selected to release a single leaf; adhesive performance is affected by storage in high humidity and by exposure to direct heat, and such exposure is outside the specification. Refillable stand products are supplied with an insert slot cut to a stated card thickness, and insert cards are supplied to that thickness and the dimension recorded against the customer account so that subsequent refill production corresponds; refill availability is offered as an ongoing service and not as a warranty of indefinite supply. Wall-mounted, magnetic, poster and pocket calendar formats are not manufactured.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
